1 package dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons salt
4 and 1/2 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand 10 minutes.
Stir in sugar, milk, egg, salt and flour to make a soft dough.
Knead for 6-8 minutes until smooth.
Place dough in well oiled bowl, cover with damp cloth and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in volume.
Punch down dough and knead in garlic.
Pinch off golf sized balls, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Roll each ball into a thin circle.
Lightly brush dough circle with butter and cook each side for 1-2 minutes.
