1 pt. Buckwheat Flour
1/2 pt. Wheat Flour
1/2 pt. Cornmeal
1/2 t. Salt
1 t. Baking Soda
1 pt Buttermilk
2 Eggs, well beaten
1 T. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients except for baking soda in a large bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, dissolve Baking Soda in Buttermilk and add Eggs and Molasses. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir to form a batter. Lightly grease a skillet with cooking spray, butter, or oil. Heat stovetop or griddle to 350 degrees. Fry each pancake until it is puffy and bubbly, turning to brown on the other side.
