1 lb. ground pork
1 package of frozen salad shrimp
1 package of mushrooms
1 can of sliced water chestnuts
1 bunch of green onions
¼ cup soy sauce
garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 egg whisked with a few T. of water
2 packages of lumpia wrappers (Menlo preferred brand)
1 bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Finely dice the shrimp, mushrooms, water chestnuts and onions.
Mix with the pork and add the seasonings to taste.
Roll a small portion tightly and thinly in the lumpia wrapper, sealing
with the egg mixture.
Recipe makes 50 long lumpias - cut them in half to serve 100 pieces
Fry in medium-hot oil for a few minutes.
Tilt lumpia when removing from fryer to release excess oil.
Drain on paper towels.
Use Thai Sweet Chili Sauce for dipping.
