1/4 c. Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Milk
1 c. Cornmeal
2 c. Flour
1/2 t. Salt
4 t. Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter in a large bowl. Gradually add sugar and then eggs alternating with milk. Add dry ingredients and blend to form a batter.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes at 350 F.
