Vanilla Crepes (see bread and muffin section)

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 and 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

4 cups sliced strawberries
Directions:

Blend cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream.
Cook crepe and fill with cream cheese mixture.
Top with strawberries and serve.
