Vanilla crepes (see bread and muffin section)

Filling:
6 slices bacon
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon, drain and crumble.
Saute mushrooms in bacon dripping.
Add spinach, parsley, bacon to mushrooms.
In small pan, melt butter and whisk in flour until a smooth paste is formed.
Gradually stir in milk until thick gravy is formed.
Pour over spinach mixture.
Add parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
