2 cans pinto beans
2 cans white corn
2 cans rotel tomatoes (we use spicey)

Directions:
Cook ground meat and drain. I add a frozen bag of pict sweet, mix together with the rest of ingredients and cook.
Do not drain anything, the juices make the gravy. This is very addictive, we love it in the winter. Itís very low fat and full of fiber. You can even add a dollop of sour cream! Enjoy

This dish is great anytime of the year but we prefer it on cold days, itís quick and so delicious! Itís great to dump it all in the crockpot and have it ready when you come home from work.
