Ingredients:
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans black beans
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans white corn
2 cans rotel tomatoes (we use spicey)
2 pkg. taco seasoning
4 pkg ranch dressing mix
2 lbs. lean ground meat
fat free shredded cheese

Directions:
Cook ground meat and drain. I add a frozen bag of pict sweet, mix together with the rest of ingredients and cook.
Do not drain anything, the juices make the gravy. This is very addictive, we love it in the winter. It’s very low fat and full of fiber. You can even add a dollop of sour cream! Enjoy

Personal Notes:
This dish is great anytime of the year but we prefer it on cold days, it’s quick and so delicious! It’s great to dump it all in the crockpot and have it ready when you come home from work.
