1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black eyed peas, drained
1 can white shoe peg corn
1 can diced greed chiles, drained
4 roma tomatoes, diced
4 bell peppers, (1 each-red, orange, green, and yellow), diced
1 white onion, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 jalapeno, diced (optional)

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients.

Mix dressing ingredients well and pour over vegetables.

Marinate overnight.

Serve with chips or crackers.
