2 c. Flour
1 t. Salt
1 Heaping Tablespoon Lard
2 Heaping Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 c. Currents or Chopped Raisins
1/2 t. Baking Soda
Milk (need measurement)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Salt, Lard, Sugar and Currents in a bowl. Stir to incorporate Lard. In a separate bowl, dissolve Baking Soda and Milk. Stir into flour mixture, handling "very little". Place on lightly floured surface and press out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 4ths and bake on a griddle. *Needs more instructions and testing*.
