1 -2 lb shelled, and cooked shrimp (50 to 60 count)
2 large tomatoes, chopped
small white onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped (optional)
cup cilantro, slightly chopped
jalapeno, (diced with seeds)
2 avocados, chopped
1 (48 ounces) can V8 juice
juice of one or two limes
salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
