1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 Tbsp butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 apple-chopped
1/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Sift together the flour and baking powder.

Rub in the butter. Stir in the sugar. Add the apple. Stir in the milk.

Make a ball of dough. Roll out to a round shape about 1" thick. Cut into 8 pieces. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with a little milk. Bake 20-25 minutes.
