2 lb new potatoes, halved
1 lemon, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450. Place potatoes and lemon in large zip lock bag with oil, salt and pepper. Shake until coated; spread on a baking sheet. Roast in oven, tossing once, until tender; 25-35 minutes. Toss with dill before serving.
