2- 2 lb pot roast
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 c sliced onions
c burgundy wine (can use cranberry juice)
egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat and cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Place in crock-pot. Stir in soups, mushrooms, onions, and wine. Cover and cook on high 4- 4 hours or low for 8-9 hours. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
