1 T. Chili Powder
1 T. paprika
2 T. Brown Sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 lb Salmon
3 T. Maple Syrup


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to broil. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. In small bowl mix together all ingredients except syrup. Generously sprinkle the mixture over the salmon. Broil salmon 6-9 minutes depending on thickness.

Remove salmon from oven and brush with syrup. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes to form a crust.
