3 pound chuck roast, lean

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

1 envelope of dried onion soup mix

1 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Line casserole dish with 2 layers of foil. Put roast in pan. Mix other ingredients together and pour over roast. cover with another piece of foil tented so it does not touch food.

Cook in oven for at least 3 hours or more until it practically falls apart.

Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
