Butterfinger Cookies Recipe

½ c. butter softened
¾ c. sugar
⅔ c. packed brown sugar
2 egg whites
1¼ c. chunky peanut butter
1½ tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. salt
5 Butterfinger© candy bars, chopped (2.1 oz.)

In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars. Shape into 1½ inch balls and place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack to cool.
