2 Heads Lettuce (Iceberg)
1⅓ Cup Mayo
Vinegar to taste
3 Eggs (Hard Boiled)
2 Stocks Celery
1 Onion
1 Cup Canned Milk

Directions:

1. Tear lettuce into small pieces
2. Dice Celery and Onion; Mix with lettuce
3. Mix Mayo, Vinegar, & Canned Milk
4. Mix it all together

This is taken from a cookbook Mother got me from the Shade Gap Ladies Auxiliary.

Keep sauce separate from lettuce till right before serving. (keeps lettuce from wilting)
