4 tablespoons butter
1/2 of a head of cabbage, shredded
4 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped Pancetta or Bacon
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cabbage, garlic, Pancetta/Bacon, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until cabbage has softened and garlic is fragrant. Serve warm!
