1 Cup Water/Beer
1 Cup Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt/Pepper to taste
Cayenne Pepper (dash)
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Roll the fish pieces in the batter and fry in 350º F oil until they float. Making sure that it is browned on both sides.
