Meatballs:
3 lb Ground Beef (I use- 2 lb beef - 1 lb sausage)
1 Cup Quick Cooking Oatmeal
1 (5 oz.) Can Milk
Cup Chopped Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chili Powder
tsp Garlic Powder
tsp Black Pepper

Sauce:
1 Cup Ketchup
Cup Borwn Sugar (packed)
Cup Onion (chopped)
1 tsp liquid smoke
tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix:
1. Meatball ingredients and make into 1" balls

2. Bake 15 Minutes then drain

Mix:
1. Sauce ingredients and pour over cooked meatballs and bake for 10 more minutes.

Makes a lot of little meatballs. Freeze great.
