Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 frozen pre-made piecrust (any brand)
6 eggs at room temperature
2 cups grated cheese (cheddar, gruyere, or other)
2 cups cream, half-and-half, milk, or a combination; heated gently just until warm
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe is adaptable for any meat or veggies you choose to include. Spinach, bacon, and onions are all good options. Just saute and let cool before adding in.

The more add-ins included, the more egg mixture there will be, so if there is too much egg mixture for the crust, you can either split it into two crusts or save the remainder for some very rich omelettes!

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oven to 425º and set the rack in the middle. Pre-bake the crust until it begins to brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and let cool on a rack while you prepare the filling. Reduce the oven temperature to 325º.

Combine the eggs and beat until well blended. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Put the semi-cooked crust on a baking sheet and pour in the egg mixture. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until almost firm (it should still jiggle just a little in the middle) and lightly browned on top; reduce the oven heat heat if the shell's edges are darkening too quickly.

Cool on a rack; serve warm or at room temperature.
