Ingredients: Bake a one-crust pie shell in pie pan. (about 10-13 minutes at 350º.).. Before baking...poke fork holes over entire crust to keep it from 'bubbling' up... Let crust cool completely... ____________________ For Banana Split pie Prepare 1- pkgs. Banana Cream pudding as per package directions.(cooked or instant) Cool slightly. Add 1/2 cup drained, crushed pineapple to pudding. 1-2 sliced firm bananas... and 1/2- cup chopped walnuts. Mix together well . Pour pudding mixture into the prepared pie shell. Chill in fridge until set. Serve topped with a drizzling of Hershey's chocolate syrup, a dollop of Whipped topping and a long-stemmed red or greenmaraschino cherry. ______________________________ For Fluffy Coconut Cream Pie: Prepare 1-2 pkgs. cooked Coconut Cream pudding. Cool slightly... Pour into baked pie shell Chill until set. Top pie with Cool Whip or Whipped cream to which 1/2 cup of coconut has been added... Sprinkle a little dry coconut flakes on top of whipped topping before serving... ____________________________ For Chocolate-Walnut Pie Prepare 1-2 pkgs cooked chocolate pudding Add 1/2-1 cup chopped wallnuts and stir into pudding Pour pudding mixture into baked pie shell Chill until set... Top with Cool whip and some chopped walnut pieces _____________________________ For Butter Pecan Pie Prepare 1-2 pkgs. Butterscotch cooked pudding Add 1 cup chopped pecans, mixing well... Pour pudding mixture into baked pie shell...Chill til set... .Top with Whipped cream and additional pecan pieces _______________ Peachy Cream Pie prepare 1-2 pkgs Instant Vanila pudding mix as directed. Add 1 cup sliced peaches into pudding.(can be fresh or canned (drained) Fill pie shell.with mixture...Chill unti lfirm. Serve with additional peach slices over top and a dollop of whipped cream __________________
