4 salmon filets
1 tablespoon gochujang
2 teaspoons mirin
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
scallions
black sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Preheat broiler and line pan with non-stick foil.
Brush salmon with glaze and broil 3-5 minutes. Rebrush with glaze and broil for 1-2 minutes more.
Transfer to serving plate and top with sesame seeds and scallions.
