3-4 Salmon fillets
c. Miracle whip
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
⅛ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
10 Ritz Crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients. Dip fish into the mixture and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350F.
