⅓ c. Margarine
⅓ c. Sugar
⅓ c. Milk
1 Egg
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Flour
1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
¼ tsp. Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the milk egg and vanilla and stir until smooth. Add in the flour, baking powder and salt and combine until mixed.

Place in to greased dish.
 

Sauce
Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 tbsp. Flour
1 ¾ c. Water
2 tbsp. Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Heat the ingredients for the sauce and pour over the batter. Do not stir!

Bake for 30-40 minutes.
