1 lb Sausage or Kielbasa
½ lb Bacon (if desired)
1 Onion
½ Cup Green Onion
6-8 peeled, sliced, cooked potatoes
¼ Cup vinegar (more or less depending on taste)
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Cans of chicken gravy (or Substitute with other gravy)

Directions:

1. In skillet cook bacon until crispy and remove.

2. Brown sausage or kielbasa in bacon fat or brown in oil.

3. Cook onion until tender Stir in seasonings, vinegar, gravy and potatoes.

4. Add Green onions, Heat and stir.
