6 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup chopped Jalapeno Pepper
1 1/2 cup Red Pepper
1 1/2 cup Vinegar
6 oz Certo (2 pkgs liquid)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Jalapeno, Red Pepper and Vinegar in blender. Pour this into a large pot then add the sugar.
Heat to dissolve all the sugar. Boil for 5 mins. Stir in Certo and return to boil for 1 more min. Skim off the foam from the top. Pour into mason jars with 1/4 inch left from the top.



Great served on crackers with cream cheese
