1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
lime wedge
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
3 ounces white rum
1/2 cup coconut water
5 ice cubes
3 ounces coconut rum
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups coconut milk

Directions:
Directions:
Muddle mint leaves, lime wedge, sugar and salt in cocktail shaker.
Add rum, coconut water and ice cubes.
Shake for 15 seconds and strain into serving pitcher.
Add coconut rum, lime juice and coconut milk
Stir to combine.
Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
