Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 gallon apple cider
1 cup lemon juice
1 and 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1 large orange, thinly sliced
24 whole cloves
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
4 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot, combine apple cider, juices, orange slices, cloves, honey, sugars and cinnamon sticks.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer.
Add nutmeg, ginger and allspice.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve warm, garnished with mint and an orange slice if desired.
