Boston Bibb or butter lettuce
1 pound lean ground beef or pork
1 tablespoon oil
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 dash Asian chile pepper sauce
8 ounce can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
green onions, chopped
2 teaspoons sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry.
Cook meat in oil until browned. Drain.
Stir fry onion.
Stir in hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and chile pepper sauce.
Add water chestnuts, green onions, sesame oil and cooked meat.
Serve with lettuce leaves.
