cup soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 6 oz. package chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl cream butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour, salt & baking soda, blend in alternately with mashed bananas. Stir in chocolate chips pieces. Turn into greased and floured 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 50-55 minutes or until cake tester insert in center of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes turn out of plan and cool completely. Drizzle Top with "White Glaze". Yields 1 loaf cake.

White Glaze

1 cup Confection Sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. Milk

Mix confection sugar with enough milk to make a glaze that is thin enough to pour from spoon.
