1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3-4 bananas
½ tsp. salt
Chocolate Chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a separate bowl mash the bananas and blend in ½ soda (set aside).
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs and blend together
Stir in flour and banana , gradually - alternating between the flour and bananas
Pour mixture into a floured loaf pan or 2 smaller loaf pans.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350º
