1 gal. thick tomato pulp
1 lg. green pepper
2 onions
2 c maple syrup
2 c honey
2 c black strap molasses
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c mustard
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp pepper
1/3 c salt
4 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
2 c vinegar
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 -3/4 c perma flo
1 c water

Blend pepper and onions with some of the tomato pulp in blender. Add to the rest of the tomato in kettle. Bring to a boil 2 min. Add rest of ingredients except permo flo and water. Cook 5 min. Mix perma flo with water, stirring rapidly into hot mixture, to keep it from getting lumpy. Cook until thickened then cook 1 -2 min stirring constantly. Pour into jars and process 10 min.
