1 cup uncooked jasmine rice
1 roasted chicken, shredded
chinese barbeque (cha siao)
3 slices ginger root, chopped
1 stalk lemon grass, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro
green onions, half cup
chinese dried mushrooms, soaked and chopped
salted egg, chopped
oyster sauce (tsp)
sesame oil to taste
ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 lime, cut into wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice and water, using ratio of 1:10. Add all other ingredients, reduce to simmer for about 1 hour.Squeeze lime juice in to taste.
