Ingredients:  
1 lb. ground beef
2 green onions
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
6 oz. wide noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion and garlic in a pan. Drain off fat and season. Mix melted butter, sour cream, cheese and pimento. Add meat and sour cream mixture to noodles. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until light brown.
