5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
2 medium potatoes, pared and diced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
water

Crumble cooked bacon and set aside, Saute onion until translucent. Add potatoes with enough water to cover. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.

2 cups milk
1 17 ounce can cream style corn
dash of pepper
1 cup WHITE SAUCE MIX
1 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine milk and white sauce mix in a saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth, Stir in corn salt and pepper. Top each serving with crumbled bacon.
