2 cups instant nonfat dry milk
2 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry milk, flour and salt. Mix well. Use a pastry blender to cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Put in a large airtight container and STORE IN REFRIGERATOR OR FREEZER, Use within 3 months. Use to make Basic White Sauce, Basic Cheese Sauce or Eastern Corn Chowder.
