3 cups granulated sugar
2 T baking powder
1 T salt
3 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugars in a large bowl until completely blended Olace in a large container (21 cups or more) with a tight-fitting lid. Store in a cool, dry place within 7 months. Use for Spicy Applesauce Quick Bread, Poppy Seed Lemon Bread or Zucchini Quick Bread.
