2 cups Clabber Girl Baking Mix
1 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
12 oz jar seedless blackberry/strawberry jam or preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 9 X 9 baking dish; set aside. In a large bowl; combine Clabber Girl Baking Mix, oats, and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumble. Work the dough with your hands until it just holds together. Press half the baking dough into pan. Spread jam over dough mixture (leaving a gap around the edges). Cover fruit mixture completely with remaining dough and press into place. Spray top layer of dough with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 24 bars.
