3 cups QUICK MIX
2/3 cups milk or water

Combine quick mix with water or milk and blend. Let stand about 5 minutes. On a lightly floured board, knead dough about 15 times. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with flour biscuit center. Place about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Variations:
Cinnamon biscuits - Roll out prepared dough into a rectangle. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough like a jelly roll and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

Meat pinwheels - Roll out dough in a rectangle. Chop cooked meat and combine with gravy. Spread over dough and roll dough like a jelly roll. Cut into 12 1 inch slices. Bake at 450 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes. Serve with gracym soup or cheese sauce.
