4 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 tsp cinnamon
cups QUICK MIX
egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
3 T sugar
1 cup milk or water

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples on bottom of greased 8 inch square pan. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts in a bowl. Sprinkle over apples in pan, reserving 1/4 cup for topping.

Combine quick mix and sugar in one bowl. Combine egg and milk (or water) in another bowl Add to quick mix and sugar. Blend and spread evenly over top of apple mixture. Top with reserved topping. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
