Ingredients:  
1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
*1 Jar mango diced, drained OR 4 fresh mangos, peeled, seeded, and diced
2 limes
Chopped fresh cilantro (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Chili powder (to taste)
*In place of mangos (which some people are allergic to, you can do jarred peaches)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Stir corn, black beans, mango in a large bowl.

2. Juice the two limes over the mixture and stir.

3. Add cilantro to taste and stir.

4. Add cumin, chili power to taste. Both are optional.

5. Chill before serving. Stir again before serving.

This can be served as a salsa with chips or it can also be eaten as a side salad.
