6-7 heaping Tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
3 egg yokes
1 Tablespoon vanilla
3 cups milk
2 Tablespoon butter
Flavor can be Chocolate, Coconut, Banana, or Pineapple.
If Chocolate 6-8 Tablespoons Cocoa
If Pineapple 1 large can crushed pineapple drained.
If Coconut 1 cup fresh flaked coconut

Mix dry ingredients with milk. Add beaten egg yokes. Stir in milk and cook on medium heat until thick. If using fruit add to pudding after cooled. Place in baked pie shell. Top with meringue.

Steve's favorite pie was the Pineapple cream pie. Dad's was pudding made into banana pudding. Desiree's favorite was coconut!
