1 lb crab meat, shredded and picked free of shell
⅓ c crushed Ritz crackers
3 green onions (green and white parts), finely chopped
c finely chopped bell pepper
c mayonnaise
1 egg
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
lemon, juiced
tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
dash cayenne pepper
oil for cooking (peanut is best)

In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into patties and dust with flour. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry patties until brown; 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve with preferred sauce.
