Cream together:
⅓ c. butter (softened)
⅓ c. sugar

Add:
1 c. milk (I usually use whole)
1 egg

Add:
1 Tbs. baking powder
tsp. salt
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour

Directions:

Bake at 400 in a pie pan or small square pan for 15 min, or until cooked all the way through.
