1 whole beef tenderloin
garlic powder
bacon
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Rub tenderloin with oil and garlic powder. Cover completely with bacon. Cook on a rack in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 and cook for 45 more minutes. Let rest before slicing.
