Ingredients:  
1 chuck roast
1 packet Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1 packet McCormick Au Jus mix
5 whole pepperoncini peppers
c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Sprinkle Hidden Valley ranch dressing and McCormick Au Jus mix on top. Place butter on top of mix. Place 5 pepperoncini peppers on top. Do NOT add any water. Cook on low for 8 hours.
