Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 medium onion
1 or 2 packages Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 carton unsalted chicken broth. (I usually add 1/2 of second can)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 pound sausage (I use turkey sausage & a little Cajun Conecuh)
Rice to desired amount (I use a family bag of Success)
1 pound frozen turnip greens
2 cans Great Northern Beans
1 can Balck-eyed Peas

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion very fine. Brown with the sausage.
Combine with other ingredients.
Can prepare in crockpot.
