The Great American Grill


5 lbs red potatoes
4 celery stalks (chopped small)
1 large onion (chopped)
5 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp white vinegar

Peel potatoes and cut into cubes.
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and place in a large bowl.
Add celery, onion, salt, pepper and 1 Tbsp white vinegar.
Chop 3 hard boiled eggs and add to mixture.
Add mayonnaise- enough to coat potatoes.
Mix together until blended.
Slice remaining eggs and place on top.
Sprinkle with paparika for color.
